We're building the independent proving ground for enterprise automation. The work sits at the intersection of adversary intelligence, AI, enterprise security, and the systems consumers use every day.

If these are the kinds of problems you find yourself thinking about when nobody asked you to, we'd like to hear from you.

Why we're here

The problems we choose to work on.

  1. Build where the answers aren’t obvious

The problems we work on do not come with established answers. We stay close to the evidence, understand how the adversary is changing, and build from there.

  2. Work on the real problem

We care about what attackers actually do and what enterprises actually experience. The work starts with evidence, not synthetic benchmarks.

  3. Build for the customer

We picked a side: the customer. Security should protect the business without turning the people it exists to serve into collateral damage.

  4. Build with people who have done it before

We’ve built enterprise software, consumer systems, cloud infrastructure, and security companies before. That experience shapes how we build Vesal.

How we work

The standards we hold ourselves to.

Evidence wins

We test assumptions, look at the evidence, and change our minds when reality says we should.

Own the outcome

We care about whether the right thing gets done, not whether it fits neatly inside a job description.

Move with urgency

The adversary changes quickly. We try to do the same without lowering the bar.

Stay curious

Some of the most useful work starts with noticing that something doesn’t add up.

Build for enterprise

Reliability, security, operational discipline, and trust are part of the product.

Come build with us

If you think about these problems the way we do, we'd like to hear from you.

We're interested in exceptional people who are genuinely drawn to what Vesal is building. A few areas we expect to keep building around:

  • AI Engineering
  • Adversary Research
  • Enterprise Sales
  • Customer Leadership

We care more about exceptional people and genuine obsession with the problem than whether your title matches something we've written down.
